Complaint:
DAMAGES
- As a direct and proximate result of Defendants' acts and
omissions, the minor child has been physically, mentally and emotionally
battered. Ms. Rebecca Doe, individually and on behalf of her minor child, Jane
Doe, hereby seeks compensation in the amount of $150,000,000.00 as follows:
- As to Plaintiff Ms. Rebecca Doe, damages for past and future medical
expenses payable to Ms. Rebecca Doe until the minor Plaintiff achieves the age
of majority, and;
- As to the minor Plaintiff, damages for past and future mental anguish,
physical pain and suffering;
- Damages for loss of enjoyment of life in the past and in the
future;
- Damages for loss of consortium in the future;
- Damages for loss of earning capacity in the future;
- Damages for emotional disfigurement in the past and in the future;
- Pre-judgment and post-judgment interest at the maximum legal rate;
and
- Punitive or exemplary damages for the Defendants' malicious and
conscious indifference to the minor Plaintiff's rights, health, safety and
welfare, in the amount of $600 million;
- Such other and further damages to which Plaintiff shows herself
justly entitled.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs demand judgment against Defendants for compensatory
damages in the amount of $150,000,000.00 and exemplary damages in the amount of
$600,000,000.00 as well as the costs of this action and interest and such other
relief as the Court may deem fit and equitable.
Additionally, Plaintiffs demand a trial by jury.
